Our approach and designs are not static, providing program flexibility, equity in both urban and rural settings, and design for reliant-sustainable developments.  We’ve successfully designed projects with strict historical compliance to contemporary architecture and have certified several structures using the highest sustainability standard in the country: Passive House. By allowing residential and non-residential developments to evolve over time allow our clients can maintain current with changes in the market.

The principals and staff of Schadler Selnau Associates approach these challenges with what we call architectural sensitivity, the ability to evaluate and provide the appropriate design, ranging from contemporary architecture to the preservation of tradition. Each of our projects involve detailed attention to the character of the architecture within its surroundings, functional space utilization, and cost considerations. Architectural sensitivity is in everyone’s best interest.
